Shopping online with Silver Cross is safe and secure and we offer a range of delivery options through one of the UK's most reliable couriers.
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, as well as remote areas as designated (see below).
Please read the information below to help you understand our range of delivery options and to make sure that there is an option and cost that suits you before you order online.
NB: In some areas of the UK the normal standard delivery and express delivery options are not available for accessories. Further information on delivery to these areas is available in our highlands and remote islands section below.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be held liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
