What was the inspiration behind the collection?

The Plus 360 car seat family is designed for unrivalled safety, unmatched comfort and ultimate convenience. Featuring two car seats, Glide Plus 360 and Approach Plus 360 – both compatible with our 360° rotating Base Plus 360, the collection offers parents, grandparents and caregivers a seamless, secure and stress-free way to fasten their little one into their vehicle. 

Whether you have one child or two, or drive one car or multiple, the Plus 360 collection adapts seamlessly to your lifestyle. The versatile base is compatible with both car seats, allowing you to switch between them whenever needed for flexibility and convenience.

Tell us more about the fabrics used in the two car seats.

Silver Cross car seats are meticulously designed to provide your little passenger with the safest and most comfortable spot to travel in, whether they’re coming home from the hospital or heading on their first family road trip.

Glide Plus 360 and Approach Plus 360 deliver unmatched comfort with a thoughtful blend of premium materials – there’s truly nothing else like them on the market. Every touchpoint is lined with ultra-soft natural bamboo, loved for its antibacterial, hypoallergenic and temperature-regulating properties – ideal for your baby’s delicate skin. For enhanced airflow, breathable waffle jersey panels are integrated into the seat, while the outer fabrics are made from responsible eco materials crafted from recycled plastic bottles.

How are the car seats tested?

Your child’s safety is our top priority, which is why all Silver Cross car seats are tested above and beyond regulation as standard. As well as being approved to the regulations set out by R129/04, we carry out additional evaluations, including tests at higher crash speeds and side-impact assessments to ensure superior performance. Glide Plus 360

From their very first journey home, Glide Plus 360 ensures unrivalled safety and comfort. Our lie-flat infant carrier, suitable from birth to 13kg/approx. 18 months, will cocoon your newborn in the optimal travel position, whether it’s in your car or connected to your pram – from Silver Cross or another brand.

Glide Plus 360 offers optimal comfort, safety, and aids your baby’s temperature with naturally soft bamboo fabric, breathable waffle jersey, and built-in seat ventilation. Triple-layer side impact protection with intelligent shock-absorbing technology ensures peace of mind from day one, while the EasyFit sprung harness system allows for effortless fastening. 

Designed to grow with your baby, Glide Plus 360 features a 5-position headrest that stays in place throughout use and a newborn insert made from natural bamboo for added support at every stage of development.

Approach Plus 360

Approach Plus 360 is our multi-stage car seat, suitable from newborn to 19.5kg (approx. 4 years old). Thanks to its market-leading inner seat recline system, Approach Plus 360 will transport your little passenger in the optimal travel position from newborn to toddler. Secure to the Base Plus 360 with a 360° rotation, ISOFIX fitment, and an AgeLock rotation switch for easy, stress-free boarding every time.

Approach Plus 360 car seat ensures unrivalled comfort on every journey with naturally soft bamboo, breathable waffle jersey, and inbuilt seat ventilation. Its intelligent shock-absorbing side impact protection offers maximum safety, while the EasyFit sprung harness system makes securing your child quick and hassle-free. Designed to grow with your child, it features 10 adjustable headrest heights and plush, ergonomic bamboo inserts for lasting comfort and support at every stage.

Base Plus 360

Base Plus 360 is designed for ultimate convenience. Compatible with both Glide Plus 360 and Approach Plus 360, it features a 360° spin that makes loading and unloading your child effortless. The seamless rotation allows for an easy transition between rear-facing and forward-facing as your child grows.

For added safety and reassurance, the AgeLock rotation switch ensures your child is always travelling in the correct position. This switch can be activated to lock the car seat into either rear-facing or forward-facing mode, depending on your child's age.

Equipped with ISOFIX connectors and a support leg, the Base Plus 360 ensures a secure and stable fit in your vehicle. Plus, visual indicators provide instant confirmation that both the base and seat are properly installed – giving you extra peace of mind on every journey.
